Album Review

Pairing two of the most famous old-school rap groups, Sugarhill Gang and Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five (the latter arguably more talented and more innovative), Sequel's The Greatest Hits is, as it sounds, a collection of some of each group's most popular tracks. "Rapper's Delight" and "White Lines" are of course both included, as is "Apache," "8th Wonder," "The Message," and "The Birthday Party." It's not the absolute best compilation, but the big songs are included, and it works as a decent way to compare the Sugarhill Gang with Grandmaster Flash without having to spend a lot of money on each group's collection.
