Frankly, it's hard to work up any sort of remotely high expectations for a record made by people who have assigned themselves superhero monikers such as Sweat Man and Captain Colon (like the organ, not the punctuation mark). However, once the listener overcomes the juvenile artwork/premise and actually listens to the album, they'll be surprised to find that music isn't all that bad.
Though they come from the east coast, Lounge's music seems to be more in line with the west coast vision of acts like Bad Religion (especially on "Pride"), NOFX and Green Day, which basically boils down to seven tracks worth of melodic, vocal harmony laced punk rock. Read More
