This ten-track compilation from Arista, released just after Ray Parker, Jr. went full-blown solo, skims from the four albums he made with Raydio (with the exception of Rock On, there are two picks from each one), throws in a pair of non-album cuts ("Bad Boy," "The People Next Door"), and oddly leads off with his first solo album's title track. While it does include the big hits ("You Can't Change That," "A Woman Needs Love (Just Like You Do)," "Jack and Jill," "That Old Song"), it's hardly definitive since it misses out on a lot of strong album-based material.
