This substantial but incomplete (despite 67 tracks) compilation presents an overview of Little Anthony & The Imperials' recordings from their initial End single "I Cover the Waterfront" to some later United Artists sides. The tracks are kind of in chronological order but not in the strictest sense, which is the only bugaboo. A lot of the weaker Veep sides were omitted along with the Thom Bell productions for Avco Embassy, the Janus sides, etc., but this is still an ample gathering of their late-'50s/mid-'60s recordings. Read More
