The Miracles - Love Machine Remixed Hits

An interesting seven track CD featuring adventuresome remixes of four Miracles' hits, the numbers don't equate because "Tears Of A Clown" is made over twice and "Love Machine" three times. Fred Coury, Julian Beeston, and Julian Synne provide the surgery with the only miscue being the title track "Love Machine," which already benefited from a slammin' original mix; redoing it is akin to asking for a mulligan after you placed a golf shot a foot from the hole. Coury performs two of the "Love Machine" mixes, name thusly Fred Coury Classic Rendition remix (my fav, cause it sticks closer to the paradigm) and Fred Coury Groover mix respectively; the other attempt at re-energizing the song is Julian Beeston's Funky House mix. Read More
