While better than the brief At His Best, this doesn't compare to the later Ultimate Collection. It's more on par with One by One, a two-CD package built around the solo releases of Eddie Kendricks, David Ruffin, Dennis Edwards and Paul Williams; so if you have that you really don't need to purchase this. Nothing new, or revealing, just the Eddie we all know and love. A jitterbugging "Keep on Truckin'" and the incessant beat of "Boogie Down" validate the CD. The beautiful "Skipping Work Today," will delight those who never heard the melodic ballad about cutting work; it's one of Kendricks finest efforts. Read More
